The commonly used thicknesses are 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 3.0mm. The foam expansion ratios are 5 times, 8 times, 10 times, 15 times, 20 times and 30 times. The release is mainly release paper (white, yellow) and release film (red, green, blue, orange). EVA foam double-sided adhesive refers to a double-sided adhesive made by applying adhesive on both sides of the EVA foamed substrate. Adhesives include oil glue, hot melt glue and rubber glue, with rich colors, including white, gray, black and other colors. They have good shockproof and buffering performance, closed pores, good sound insulation, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and other advantages and meet environmental protection requirements. PU foam double-sided adhesive refers to double-sided adhesive made by applying acrylic glue on both sides of PU foam (polyurethane) substrate. The colors are white and black, with common thicknesses of 0.8mm and 1.6mm. It is mainly covered with blue release paper with grids. It has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good adhesion retention, waterproofness, good hardness, good toughness and strong weight resistance. It is suitable for the bonding and fixing of hooks, billboards, drawing boards, plastic strips, metal sheets, etc. The applicable temperature is -20℃-120℃.
Acrylic foam double-sided adhesive refers to a double-sided adhesive made by applying acrylic glue on both sides of the acrylic foamed foam substrate. The colors are white, gray, transparent and black, and the thickness is also more, mainly 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.64mm, 0.8mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm.
