Methods for identifying brand new PP strapping tape/pallet strapping tape:
1. The strapping tape must have good toughness. Fold and pull the PP strapping tape repeatedly. The poor toughness will break easily. The pattern of PP strapping tape/pallet strapping tape must be beautiful, and there must be no pressure deviation.
2. PP strapping tape is generally white and of good quality. For example, if it is other colors, the color must be bright and not easy to mix with old materials.
3. The strapping tape must have glossiness. Such strapping tape is generally produced with full materials and has stable tension. For example, if the strapping tape is mixed with powder, the surface glossiness of the product produced will decrease or be greatly discounted, and the difference can be clearly seen.
4. The width of the strapping tape generally has an error of plus or minus 0.3mm. The quality of such strapping tape will also be relatively uniform during production, and there will be no situation of good and bad.
5. Some strapping tapes are made of brand new materials on the outside, with fillers in the middle. As long as you cut it open and look at the cross-section layer, you can see the quality inside. The quality of pp strapping tape/pallet strapping tape products depends entirely on the purity of polypropylene. The higher the purity of polypropylene, the better the tensile strength of the strapping tape will be.
